Our mission is to help children and families attain healing through recovery and growth by identifying strengths and building new foundations.
The New Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for youth and families by providing therapeutic behavioral health and education programs. Since 1970, The New Foundation has been helping youth and families live healthier, more successful lives by creating “a new foundation” for growth and recovery. Children and families can soon discover a new world of possibility and opportunity.
Our therapeutic programs and services are designed to assist youth, aged 11 to 17, in overcoming significant behavioral mental health issues affecting their daily lives. This may include substance abuse and addiction, depression, oppositional and defiant behavior, learning disabilities and other behavioral health issues. Our strong family component supports the treatment and healing process for both the child and their family.
In 1994, The New Foundation became accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
