Ben Himmelstein is a partner at Radix Law. He is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on business disputes and transactions. His practice includes business dissolutions, misappropriation of trade secrets, business torts, sales contracts, buy and sell agreements, and non-compete and non-solicit agreements. He represents a variety of businesses throughout Arizona in a range of industries, primarily focused in technology, medical and dental. As the former Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Small Business Association, Ben is passionate about the growth of Arizona’s business community. His practice includes all types of business litigation and formation, including civil matters involving contract disputes and intentional torts, as well as the governance of limited liability companies and corporations.
Since 2004, Ben has successfully helped his clients navigate a wide range of disputes involving business issues. His dedication to the successful solution of his clients’ legal issues has resulted in numerous awards received over the course of his practice, including the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has been named one of the Southwest’s Rising Stars by Super Lawyers since 2011, is listed as one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers, as well as one of the Nation’s Top One percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Recently, the Expert Network recognized Ben as one of the top lawyers in the industry.
His past experience includes working as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a boutique law firm in Phoenix. He is currently a member of Suns Charities 88, a group of 88 business professionals created in 2012. Suns Charities 88 combines a passion for philanthropy with their connection to the business community in Phoenix. He is a founding member of the Arizona Jewish Lawyers Association and is also serving on the Board of the New Foundation. Ben is also active in Phoenix Rotary 100.
Ben graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law with an additional certificate in Law, Science and Technology. He received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice before all Arizona State courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
In his free time, Ben likes to spend time with his wife and son and enjoys traveling.
