Jessica is an Arizona native and has lived in the east valley most of her life, giving her a distinct advantage of the area and the market. She’s a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and has a long career in real estate. She began her career in 1996 working in title and escrow for one of the nation’s largest escrow companies. She worked 12 1/2 years as an escrow officer before getting her license in 2008. Jessica truly enjoys real estate even with all of the challenges and changes that the recent market has introduced. Jessica specializes in residential real estate working with all ranges of clientele, from the first time buyer to the experienced investor. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge to her thriving real estate business and continues to grow exponentially.

Jessica’s main focus is the education and customer service she provides to ALL of her customers. She helps Sellers understand the importance of price and presentation when listing their home and provides unique marketing strategies to keep their home ahead of the competition. She enjoys helping Buyer’s to understand the purchase process and helps them through each stage, from pre-approval to closing, answering questions and keeping them informed. She thrives on providing the best possible customer service and making every transaction as stress-free as possible. Jessica understands that this is one of the most important decisions and times in a client’s life and she strives to make it the best possible experience for them all.
